                   A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ADMINISTRATOR
                   OF THE DEPARTMENT OF PARKS AND RECREATION TO
                   ENTER INTO AND EXECUTE AN AGREEMENT WITH
                   HODGSON AND DOUGLAS, LANDSCAPE ARCHITECTS,
                   RELATIVE TO THE MASTER PLAN AND PHASE I
                   CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS FOR THE EASTDALE
                   RECREATION CENTER PARK EXPANSION, FOR A
                   CONSIDERATION OF FIFTEEN THOUSAND, SEVEN
                   HUNDRED TWENTY-FIVE AND NO/100 DOLLARS
                   ($15,725.00).
                  
                  
                                                    
                  
                  
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That the Administrator of the Department
       of Parks and Recreation be and is hereby authorized to enter into 

       and execute an agreement with Hodgson and Douglas, Landscape
       Architects, relative to the Master Plan and Phase I construction
       documents for the Eastdale Recreation Center Park Expansion, for 
a
       consideration of $15,725.00.
